Dr Ravichandran Palaniappan Ph.D.
Ravi brings significant experience in finance and private investment to the Company. He also has extensive knowledge regarding the solar power generation and the industry in India. A scientist by training, Ravi has started and run several businesses both in India and the US. Ravi will oversee the Company's overall operations, solar investment operations and relations in the U.S
Dr Karthik Subbaian Ph.D.
Karthik an Entrepreneur, cofounded the Company and serve as a Managing Partner, managing day-to-day operations, existing clients and winning new accounts. Karthik brings 20 years of Management experience in Electrical, Mechanical & Information and Communication Technology. In 2001 he founded a manufacturing company in India, Karthik previously held several management & marketing related positions and notable one as MD of Thangam Stampings, Coimbatore, India. He currently lives in Atlanta, GA, USA
Tom Freeman (Marketing Specialist)
Tom is CEO, Atlanta Marketing Consultants, brings over 25 years' experience in Management Consulting. Tom Consultants represents customers and clients possessing cutting edge technologies with intellectual property. His clients have technologies which offer superior solutions in the energy and construction sectors.
As an inventor himself, Tom is the founder and President of Follow The Leader Inc, where he patent and develop products. He is also the founder of Decorative Innovations. Tom has Education in Human Recourses, Marketing and Psychology at UGA, GA State
Parth S Munshi (Chief Legal Counsel)
Parth brings over 18 years of experience in legal matters. He has extensive experience in corporate finance and securities law matters, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and general corporate matters. Based in Atlanta, Parth has regularly advised clients on corporate finance, capital raises, SEC reporting and compliance requirements. He has been involved in financing transactions ranging from a few million dollars to over $10 billion in both public and private placement settings. Parth also has extensive experience with cross-border transactions. Parth has served as in-house counsel with The Coca-Cola Company and was an attorney with Skadden Arps and King & Spalding.
Ben Shwab (Finance Specialist)
Ben has 27 years of experience in banking and finance. Mr. Shwab has worked in the areas of Investment Banking, Trade Finance and Project Finance for and in partnership with a number of banks which include: Credit Lyonnais, Bankers Trust- Deutsche Bank, Mellon Bank, Lloyds Bank Plc., Raiffeisen Bank and Wells Fargo. Currently, Mr. Shwab manages Structured Trade Ltd., which has assisted in the finance of over 150MM in solar projects to date. Mr. Shwab also brings with him an investment banking team, who are ready to assist in equity placement as required.
